What is Mobiles24.com?
Mobiles24.com is a social app store. Anyone can upload, create and use our platform to discover content and connect with our community, all absolutely free.
Is Mobiles24's free download section really free?
Yes, downloading content from Mobiles24 is completely free.
Is Mobiles24.com a subscription website and will you send me SMS/email messages?
We are NOT a subscription based website and we will never use your information to send you unsolicited SMS messages or e-mails. We maintain a zero tolerance policy on spam as we hate it as much as you do!
What is RP and how do I achieve it?
RP stands for Reputation Points (formerly Reward Points). RP is earned by contributing to Mobiles24, primarily uploading and helping on our forum. Before 2013, RP could only be earned by uploading content. However, to reward those who upload high quality content and are most helpful on our forum, we have introduced a number of changes to the way RP is calculated. To avoid abuse of the new system, we have chosen not to publish exactly how this calculation is made.

How do I download items to my phone/mobile device?
All items in our
free downloads gallery can be downloaded either directly to your mobile device via our mobile site (or WAP for older handsets) or to your PC, and transferred to your device by using a USB cable or Bluetooth. For older handsets, you can use Infrared, Serial Cable or Bluetooth to transfer it to your phone. If your device runs the Android Operating System, you can download the
Mobiles24 Android App from Google Play.
Does it cost me anything to download?
Mobiles24.com does not charge you anything to use and download items from the free downloads gallery.
I've downloaded an item to my mobile device but it doesn't work. Why not?
Some downloads may not be compatible with a particular mobile device. However, to help you find downloads for your particular device, phone, or tablet - use our device selector above.

I've tried downloading an item and it asks me to enter my telephone number
To use our free download service, you do not need to provide your telephone number. If your telephone number is requested, please ensure you are clicking on the correct button to download content to your device and not
premium content offered by our content partners, in which case your number may be requested.
